Shipping policy

Delivery times Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within mainland France takes 3 to 7 business days. For other European Union countries, allow 5 to 10 business days. For destinations outside the EU, transit times vary by carrier and customs clearance.

Shipping rates
Standard delivery is free within mainland France, with no minimum order. An Express option is available at €10.99. European Union: €22.00. All other destinations we ship to: €29.00.

Countries we ship to France, all other European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. We are not currently able to deliver to other destinations.

Customs duties and import taxes Orders delivered within the European Union carry no additional duty. For all destinations outside the EU, import duties, VAT, GST or sales tax may be charged by your national customs authority on arrival, together with a carrier clearance or handling fee. These charges are set by your government, are not collected by PulirAuto, and are payable by the recipient.

United States The United States ended duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value shipments on 29 August 2025. All parcels sent to the United States are therefore subject to import duty regardless of order value.

United Kingdom PulirAuto is not registered for UK VAT. UK orders ship delivered-duty-unpaid; UK VAT and a carrier handling fee are normally charged to the recipient before release.

Order tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Delays PulirAuto cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
