We currently ship only to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed, we are not yet able to deliver to you.
Customs duties and import taxes — please read
Orders delivered within the European Union carry no additional duty or import tax. The price at checkout is final.
For every destination outside the EU, your order will or may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your own customs authority when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your government, are not collected by PulirAuto, and are payable by you, the recipient. Carriers usually add their own clearance or handling fee on top.
United States
The United States ended its duty-free de minimis exemption for low-value shipments on 29 August 2025. This means every parcel we send to the US is now subject to import duty, regardless of order value, plus the carrier's clearance fee. Please factor this into your decision before ordering.
United Kingdom
PulirAuto is not currently registered for UK VAT. UK orders are shipped on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis, which means UK VAT and a carrier handling fee will normally be charged to you before your parcel is released.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations
Import duty, GST or sales tax may be charged on arrival depending on your national thresholds and the value of your order. Check your local rules before ordering.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, a tracking number is emailed to you, so you can follow it at every stage.

Orders shipped in several parcels
If your order contains several items, they may arrive separately. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Delays
The times shown are usual transit times, not guarantees. PulirAuto cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. If your order is unusually delayed, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
